1. How do I make purchases from Netbizz Office Supplies?

Step 1: At the main page of Netbizz Office Supplies, register as a new member or login
as a registered member.

Step 2: Proceed to shop. For eg, if you want to search for certain items, move your
cursor up to the "Search" option and click.

Step 3: After finding the desired items, you may choose to make your purchases and
then check out.

2. How do I register in order to make purchases?


To register as a "Personal Member":

Step 1: Select & click the "Register" button in the menu bar.

Step 2: Fill in the "Personal Registration" form. Those fields marked with an "*" are compulsory.

Step 3: Verify that the information you have entered is correct.

Step 5: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 4: Click on the "Submit" button again after making the necessary entries, if any.

Step 5: Procced to log-in by activating the "Click here" to log-in hyperlink. Happy Shopping!


To register as a "Corporate Member":

Step 1: Select and click the "Register" button on the menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the "Corporate Registration" option.

Step 3: Fill up the form, fields marked with an "*" are compulsory.

Step 4: Verify your entries.

Step 5: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 6: Click on the "Submit" button again after making the necessary entries, if any.

Step 7: Procced to log-in by activating the "Click here" to log-in hyperlink. Happy Shopping!

3. How do I search the catalogue?

Step 1: Select & click on the "Search" button on the menu bar.

Step 2: Three (optional) parameters are available to tailor your search:
"Item Name", "Category" and/or "Brand Name."
You can "Sort By" either the "Category or Brand Name"

Step 3: Enter your parameters accordingly.

Step 4: Activate the "Click To Search" button.

4. How do I do a search with specific item information on hand?

Step 1: Select and click on the "Quick Pick" button on the menu bar.

Step 2: Key in either the item code or item name in the textboxes.

Step 3: Click on the "Pick Items" button.

5. How do I checkout after shopping?

Step 1: Click on the red "Check Out" wordings found below the "Shopping Cart" at the left side of the
screen

Step 2: Your Sales Order would be shown.

Step 3: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 4: Your registration information would be displayed.

Step 5: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 6: Your registration information would be displayed for your verification and confirmation again.

Step 7: Click on the "Submit" button again.

Step 8: Your sales order would be emailed to you.

6. How can I inform Netbizz Office Supplies that the delivery and billing addresses are different?

When registering, pay particular attention on the Delivery Address and Billing Address section

7. How can I check my sales order history?

Step 1: After logging in, click the "My Account" button on the menu bar.

Step 2: To narrow your display results, you can also select a specific category as a parameter.

Step 3: If you want to view one of the details of your sales order history, just click on the RefID No.

8. Why can't my browser support the display of the website?

9. Can I make another purchase immediately after logging out?

Yes, you can always login again with your registered login ID and password to carry on shopping.

What if I forget my password?

Step 1: Click on the "Forgot your password"?

Step 2: Fill in the form. Those fields marked with an "*" are compulsory.

Step 3: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 4: Your login ID and password would be e-mailed to you.

What if I forget my password and login id?

Please re-register as a new member.

11. Can I make use of other's e-mail address to make purchases?

Only if the other party accedes to your request. Remember, a copy of your sales order would be e-mailed to you each time each time you complete an order.

12. How do I make "quick" purchases with item information on hand?

Step 1: Enter the item codes or item names on the field where is located next to
"Search" button on the home page.

Step 3: Click on the "Search" button.

Step 4: Do your purchases as per normal.

13. How many past sales orders can I view at a time?

You can view all the recent sales order.

14. Can I surf the site without becoming a member?

You can navigate the site and select items but you can only checkout if you register as a member.

15. Can I update my particulars?

When you checkout, your registration details would be displayed for your verification and confirmation. Do the necessary amendments before you submit your information.

16. How can I change my existing password?

Step 1: On the Home Page, click on the button "Change Password".

Step 2: Enter your new password and re-confirm the entry.

Step 3: Click on the "Confirm Password Change" button.

Step 4: Click on the button "Continue Shopping" link.

17. Nature of hyperlinks in the website.

Most of the hyperlinks you see in this website are not underlined. When you "mouse over" a hyperlink, the mouse pointer turns into a hand cursor.

18. What to do when I receive gibberish Sales Order Confirmation in my mailbox?

If you happen to receive gibberish Sales Order Confirmation, it could be due to the fact that you are using a different mail client which does not support HTML formatting. This problem can be easily solved by saving the Sales Order Confirmation page when it is displayed in the browser (i.e. either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) or by printing the Sales Order Confirmation page out instead of printing it when you receive it in your mailbox.
