Hong Bee Land Sdn Bhd (HBL) was incorporated on 7 November 1994 under the Companies Act 1965 and is principally an investment holding company. HBL has an existing land bank of approximately 2,900 acres in Malaysia which was acquired by the Gan family. The lands are mainly located in Rawang (approximately 1600 acres) and in Pulai, Johor (approximately 1300 acres) which is nestled within the Iskandar Development Region (IDR), Johor Bahru.
